We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our team in East Wicklow. This is a full-time, permanent role that will see you working closely with children and young adults who have moderate to profound intellectual disabilities.
As a Clinical Nurse Manager 2, you will be responsible for managing two residential services that provide support and care to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and other stakeholders to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage two residential services supporting children and young adults with moderate to profound intellectual disabilities
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our clients
* Work closely with the Head of Operations and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills, as well as your knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of our service and help shape its future direction.

Requirements:
* QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care or equivalent
* RNID, RGN or RCN qualification, along with NMBI registration
* Minimum of 3 years Supervisory or Management experience
* Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards
* Competent IT and presentation skills
* Hold a full clean driving license and have access to a car
