Job Overview
The Director, Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls plays a pivotal role in driving the successful development, scale-up, and manufacturing of Antibody Oligonucleotide Conjugates (AOCs).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an integrated strategy for CMC development that aligns with overall product goals and corporate milestones.
* Lead cross-functional planning, risk assessments, and decision-making processes to ensure timely progression from research to clinical manufacturing.
Essential Qualifications
* Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical CMC development, including bioconjugates, ADCs, or oligonucleotide-based therapeutics.
