Job Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior finance analyst to join our team in Cork and contribute to the success of our business. The role involves assisting in the month-end process, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and participating in the statutory audit process.
1. Assist in the month-end process including bank postings, accruals, fixed assets, and prepayments.
2. Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations.
3. Participate in preparing bi-monthly management accounts and reports.
4. Assist in preparing the submissions of monthly tax returns (VAT, PAYE, RCT etc.).
5. Assist the procurement team in accurate recording of purchase orders.
6. Involved in the statutory audit process.
7. Record credit card transactions and reconcile to monthly statements.
8. Perform monthly vendor balance reconciliations to vendor statements.
9. Collaborate with finance team members on various tasks and projects as they arise.
