As a Duty Manager at our hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.
Job Title: Duty Manager
Reporting to: Deputy General Manager
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the daily operations of the hotel, overseeing all aspects of guest experience.
* Coordinate between departments, handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Collaborate with department managers to ensure seamless hotel operations.
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout all areas of the resort.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar 3 or 4 star hotel setting preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays and weekends.
