Frontline administrative and organisational support for Neurodiversity Ireland based in our new Sensory Centre in Sandymount (opening Feb 2026)Client SupportBe the first point of contact, welcoming and greeting all clients, visitors, and external stakeholders with a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach.Manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including answering the main telephone line, handling general inquiries, and monitoring email inbox.Book, schedule and confirm client appointments using the organisation's electronic diary or booking system.Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) when handling sensitive information.Clinical AdministrationRegister new clients, accurately enter and update client data on the clinical management systemAct as the key administrative link between clients and the clinical teamFinancial & General AdministrationGeneral office and facilities management (e.g., managing post, coordinating clinical rooms, ensuring compliance with health and safety, liaising with cleaners)Administrative duties such as fundraising administration (e.g., processing donations, issuing receipts and sending thank you receipts)Undertake book-keeping duties including management of income and expenditure, donations and preparation of documentation with Finance teamAll administration associated with our Sensory Centre, inclusive of ensuring all insurance documents, gardai vetting, license agreements etc are in place and up to date.Assist with the organising of camps and after school activities with our Sensory Centre Manager (assisting with co ordinating timetables, liaising with families and staff as and when needed)Managing facilities requirements with the Sensory Centre Manger and their teams or contractors as neededAssist with and attend Neurodiversity Ireland events as and when required.Any other duties that may be requiredEssential Requirements & SkillsProven experience in a busy administration, reception, or healthcare setting (e.g., medical administrator, clinic administrator).
