Job Title: Process Manager
As a process manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues.
* Provide coaching and training to staff on new processes and procedures.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement solutions.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
* Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role.
* Proven track record of process improvements and cost savings.
