About the Role:
We’re looking for a commercially minded Recruitment Manager to lead our CWF division. You’ll manage a high-performing recruitment team, own delivery for national clients, and drive fulfillment through strategic workforce planning and operational leadership.
What You’ll Do:
1. Oversee high-volume fulfillment across major accounts
2. Lead team operations, recruitment planning, and daily performance tracking
3. Develop sourcing strategies and reporting via ATS/CRM tools
4. Engage directly with client stakeholders to maintain SLA performance
5. Partner with BD/Marketing to support client growth and pipeline health
6. Develop internal talent through the CWF Academy and mentorship
You Bring:
1. 3–5+ years’ experience in industrial or high-volume recruitment
2. A degree in a relevant discipline such as HR, Business, Recruitment, or similar
3. Track record of managing recruitment teams and client fulfillment
4. Strong client-facing skills with a solutions-oriented approach
5. Excellent organizational and reporting capabilities
6. Comfortable with site visits, reporting reviews, and team coaching
