Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to join our team This on-site role involves the maintenance, servicing, and repair of cleaning machines, providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. The Field Service Technician will also handle installation and training on equipment usage for new clients.
Qualifications
* Experience in maintenance, servicing, and repair of cleaning machines
* Technical support and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to handle equipment installation and provide customer training
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in machinery or a related field
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel around Ireland
