Role
Loss Prevention Officer (Full‑time, Monday to Sunday)
Working as a Loss Prevention Officer, you’ll help deliver our goal of keeping customers, associates and assets safe. Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
In This Role
* Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at our entrance doors.
* Deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss‑prevention function.
* Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
* Remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Be self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing retail role or security guard role (ideal but not essential).
