The Opportunity
You'll be working on bespoke, residential developments, collaborating closely with architects, builders and fellow engineers. Projects range from complex one-off homes to large-scale residential developments, with a strong emphasis on design quality, constructability and innovation.

Roles Available
* Structural Design Engineers
(Intermediate to Senior)
* Civil / Hydraulic Design Engineers
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include:
* Structural or civil design across residential and mixed-use projects
* Preparation of engineering calculations, sketches, and technical reports
* Collaboration with architects, builders, and internal project teams
* Site inspections and technical problem-solving
* Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction
* Contributing to innovative and practical engineering solutions
Senior engineers will also:
* Lead projects and mentor junior engineers
* Manage client relationships and technical delivery
* Oversee quality, budgets, and timelines
What They're Looking For
* Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
* 2+ years' experience for intermediate roles / 5+ years for senior roles
* Strong design background (structural or civil/hydraulic)
* Experience working on buildings or residential developments
* Ability to communicate clearly with clients and project teams
* A proactive, collaborative mindset
Experience with Australian codes is beneficial but not essential – strong Irish or UK experience is highly regarded.
