We are currently looking for a CG Production Assistant to join our talented team here at our Dublin studio. The successful candidate will drive the on-time completion of CG production tasks for the asset design & build phases through the designated CG department and to provide support to the CG Production team.
This is a Fixed-Term, 9-Month contract based in Dublin. Please note that our studio operates on a hybrid model, with two days per week required in the studio. The successful candidate must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborating with artistic teams to ensure on-time delivery of tasks.
* Providing active support for the CG Production team.
* Supporting the CG Department/Production Coordinators and helping to provide cover for their departments during periods of overflow or annual leave.
* Effective scheduling of tasks in line with asset design & build schedules in communication with the artistic team.
* Effective scheduling of Episodic notes tasks in line with the animation schedules (working with the Lead Layout artist).
* Delivering DMPs from the Art dept to Post Production in line with schedules.
* Inputting weekly departmental dashboard (BART) reports on each project for your relevant department.
* Supporting the Head of Art and design team on Development tests.
* Providing daily and weekly status reports to project production teams.
* Booking and facilitating departmental meetings as required.
Key Requirements
* Basic understanding of schedules and deadlines.
* Previous Production experience preferred, ideally in an animation environment.
* Experience maintaining tracking documents.
* Applied use of Microsoft Office, in particular excel.
* Practical use of Photoshop would be beneficial.
* Experience working with asset tracking software Shotgrid/Flow would be beneficial.
