HR Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant for our client who is a leading law firm in Dublin City Centre! This is for a FTC to join a busy HR team to aid with managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be a first point of contact for employees and comes with a great career path to progress onto business partnering roles.

The Role:
* Co-ordinating all leave activity within the firm (e.g., annual leave, family leave and sickness-related absence).
* Assisting with employee queries and troubleshooting system issues as they arise, finding solutions to enhance system accuracy and efficiency.
* Co-ordinating the leavers process, ensuring all documentation is collected, appropriate parties are informed of any upcoming departures and exit interviews are scheduled.
* Providing administrative support with the HR mailbox, assigning queries and responding to employees in a timely manner.
The Person:
* 1-2 years’ minimum experience in a HR role.
* 3rd level qualification in HR or related discipline.
* Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
