We’re hiring a Design Coordinator to join a major city centre construction project, working alongside site, design, and supply chain teams to deliver fully coordinated, buildable solutions.
This is a key role with real influence across CSA & MEP packages on a high-profile build.
What you’ll be doing
Managing design information in line with project programme
Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Driving design integration across CSA & MEP packages
Managing submittals, approvals, and client sign-off
Resolving design queries and interface issues on-site
What we’re looking for
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
5+ years’ experience in design coordination / technical roles
Strong knowledge of building regs and certification standards
Experience managing consultants and subcontractor design packages
Highly organised with strong communication skills
Work on a flagship project with strong career progression and exposure to complex builds.
