Receptionist Role
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Maldron Hotel Sandy Road. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
* You will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival, welcoming them to the hotel and ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable.
* You will register guests, process payments, and handle any inquiries they may have about in-house facilities and local tourist information.
* You will also be responsible for maintaining the security of room keys and updating guest information in our computer system.
* Taking and confirming reservations for guests will also be an important part of your role.
About Your Role
Your primary responsibility as a Receptionist will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting and welcoming guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
You will also be expected to work closely with other members of our front desk team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
Requirements
To be successful as a Receptionist, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should be proficient in using computer systems and have a basic understanding of customer service principles.
