The Role
This Business Partner role supports teams based in Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the Caribbean. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a vital role in the development of people services across client groups.
Key Accountabilities:
* Foster trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
* Oversee operational processes across assigned offices.
* Provide strategic input into initiatives ensuring alignment with local team needs.
* Drive performance management processes to cultivate a high-performance culture.
* Lead talent reviews identifying key individuals and supporting their development plans.
* Coordinate and advise on promotion processes.
* Manage employee relations matters escalating issues when necessary.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to Career Coaches supporting their development.
Requirements include experience operating at Business Partner level managing senior-level stakeholders. Experience in a Professional Services environment ideally Consultancy is also essential. Strong relationship building and communication skills are required.
