Join the team shaping how global brands activate their data. Supermetrics is scaling fast across EMEA! We’re expanding our Go‑To‑Market team to help brands turn first‑party data into personalized experiences that drive measurable impact. We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with a deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Activation or broader Martech ecosystems. You’ll own strategic accounts across the US, selling into senior digital, CRM, and data leaders at world‑class organizations. This isn’t a transactional SaaS role; it’s about solving complex data problems, navigating multi‑stakeholder deals, and shaping data strategies.
What You’ll Do
* Build and execute a go‑to‑market strategy to target priority verticals, including Travel, Hospitality, and Financial Services.
* Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, consistently winning €100K+ ARR new logos.
* Run structured discovery to uncover goals, pain points, and decision dynamics, qualifying opportunities using MEDDIC.
* Build strong business cases that connect customer challenges to measurable outcomes.
* Drive consensus among multiple stakeholders, engaging champions and economic buyers.
* Deliver value‑driven demos, evaluations, and proposals with clear next steps.
* Collaborate with SDRs on account strategy, Solutions Engineers on proof of value, and Customer Success on onboarding and long‑term success.
* Contribute customer insights and competitive feedback to refine our go‑to‑market strategy.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in Martech, CDP, Data Activation or similar industry.
* A proven track record of closing €100K+ ARR enterprise deals in the EMEA market.
* Experience managing long, complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
* Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPICED.
* Strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
* Discipline in pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
* A collaborative, growth‑minded approach, eager to share and learn best practices.
* Based remotely in the UK, or Ireland (Hybrid).
