About the Company
Fantastic opportunity for a Joinery Site Foreman working on fit out to work with a very reputable Fit-out Contractor in Dublin.
My client specialises in High Standard / high Value projects across Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area.
The Role
Manage the full construction & installation of commercial fit out projects across Dublin.
Oversee commercial and retail fit out projects and manage manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to.
Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedures and record performance and progress of site operations.
Requirements
A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
A minimum of 3 years proven experience working in the fit-out industry on commercial projects valued over €1M.
Ideally experience managing the successful installation of internal envelopes on hotel, apartment and school projects.
Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
Strong I.T skills are essential.
(Microsoft Suite including Project).
