Our client, a reputable residential property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Co-Ordinator to support their block management team across a large portfolio of properties. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and in line with best practice.
The successful candidate will coordinate both planned and reactive maintenance, oversee compliance and health & safety standards, and provide day-to-day operational support to licensed Property Managers. You will also liaise with contractors, manage facilities budgets, assist with ESG initiatives, and help implement improvement projects.This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-focused, hands-on professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for keeping buildings running smoothly.
