Technical Support Specialist
This role requires an experienced IT professional to manage and troubleshoot various operating systems, including Windows and Mac.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems
* Performing basic administration of Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange
* Installing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software
* Diagnosing and resolving incidents involving printers, copiers, scanners, and other peripherals
* Assisting in IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations
Requirements include:
* A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar IT support role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and mobile operating systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with remote support tools
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow
