We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to help bring our vision to life:
* Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of cuisine and hygiene.
* Prepare ingredients for service, ensuring minimal wastage.
* Meticulously meet all special guest requests.
* Cook dishes to required specifications and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
* Store all goods correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP standards.
* Promote an inclusive and respectful working environment, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
* Work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.

* Previous experience in a similar role; experience in the hotel industry is advantageous.
* A passion for food and a genuine interest at all levels.
* A friendly team player capable of working well under pressure.
* Familiarity with HACCP regulations and procedures.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English, both oral and written.
* Flexibility in working hours.
