We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to help bring our vision to life:
Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of cuisine and hygiene.Prepare ingredients for service, ensuring minimal wastage.Meticulously meet all special guest requests.Cook dishes to required specifications and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.Store all goods correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP standards.Promote an inclusive and respectful working environment, fostering a positive team atmosphere.Work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.This is how we see you:
Previous experience in a similar role; experience in the hotel industry is advantageous.A passion for food and a genuine interest at all levels.A friendly team player capable of working well under pressure.Familiarity with HACCP regulations and procedures.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Fluency in English, both oral and written.Flexibility in working hours.What's on offer?
