Our team is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen at the Cavan Crystal Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

* To assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen and all back of house areas.
* Prepares and properly garnishes food orders as they are received in accordance with recipes and proper plate presentation.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie
* Knowledge of HACCP and experience in practice
* Fluency in both written and spoken English
