3. Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify and address customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
4. Team Management:
* Recruit, hire and onboard new sales team members.
