A growing Insurance broker in Dublin is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their business.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Insurance Account Manager include:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their insurance needs.
- Conduct regular reviews and meetings with clients to assess their needs.
- Ensure exceptional client servicing by responding to client queries efficiently, whether that be directly or via the Account Executive team.
2. Policy Management
- Advise clients on suitable insurance products and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Manage the policy lifecycle, including policy renewals, amendments, and claims processing.
As the Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will have a good knowledge of insurance products and risk assessment. You will also have excellent relationship management and communication skills.
