You'll support the Cork site, projects, and business areas, applying your expertise to drive safe design (NPI), engage with customers and industry partners, and oversee EHS standards at project or customer locations.This is a hands-on role focused on planning and executing EHS activities within established practices. You'll have autonomy in your work, using sound judgment with guidance when needed, and make a real impact on operational safety and compliance. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesSupport the Health & Safety Manager in all site safety mattersEnsure compliance with company and site-specific safety protocolsConduct site inspections, audits, and daily safety walksDeliver inductions and toolbox talksReview subcontractor documentation (RAMS, SPA, etc.) for complianceAssist in incident investigations and reportingChair safety meetings and identify gaps and opportunities for improvementMaintain and update the Safety Management SystemQualificationsEducation: A diploma or degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field is required.Experience: Significant EHS experience within the construction industry is typically necessary.
