Job Description
This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager and focuses on providing comprehensive Human Resource support to Deutsche Börse and Clearstream staff and stakeholders in Cork.
Your Responsibilities
* HR System/Reporting
- Manage and delegate queries on SAP, SuccessFactors/CATS (time management system), & St/App (performance management system)
- Participate in global HR system team calls as Cork representative
- Manage and delegate tasks of the HR shared mailbox
- Update & maintain organisational charts
- Complete and submit reports required internally and externally
- Process travel expenses via SAP
- Run reports weekly as requested
Employee Relations
* - Review and update the employee handbook in line with legislation and company policy
- Handle employee relations issues from start to finish with ownership and professionalism
- Maintain a strong understanding of employment legislation
Payroll
* - Input changes to payroll documentation promptly and accurately; update internal calendar accordingly
- Assist in payroll preparation as needed
Recruitment & Onboarding
* - Manage administrative tasks for recruitment and onboarding in a timely manner
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation for new hires
- Coordinate with internal teams for new hires
- Create new employee files within the first week
- Monitor the signing of corporate policies
- Conduct employee inductions and set up healthcare policies for new starters
Termination & Resignation
* - Manage termination procedures and administrative tasks
- Calculate remaining holiday entitlements
- Notify pension and health insurance providers
- Complete and archive employee files with final documents
- Process terminations in HR systems
Training
* - Coordinate internal training sessions and workshops
- Liaise with external training providers for courses
- Maintain training databases and records
- Update training records and gather feedback
- Participate in internal talent management meetings as required
Additional Responsibilities
* - Collaborate with the HR team to meet HR objectives
- Handle ad-hoc HR projects and administration
- Participate in the company's sports & social committee
- Maintain up-to-date HR systems and intranet pages
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Reconcile healthcare invoices monthly
Your Profile
- BA or BS in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an HR environment
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently and in teams in an international setting
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential
