About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a trusted advisor, working closely with managers and employees to provide expert guidance on HR issues, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters
* Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of managers and support employee development
* Support and guide on policies, procedures, and best practices in line with employment law
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and track attendance and leave of absence processes
* Assist with performance management, including hourly employee evaluations
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or a CIPD qualification
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, solution-focused approach
