Key Responsibilities
Lead the cross‑functional Supply Chain Working Group (SCWG) for pipeline products or the Value Chain Management Team (VCMT) for commercial products.
Drive commercial siting selection, supply chain design, and value stream mapping.
Secure alignment on supply chain strategy through senior stakeholder management and executive governance forums.
Develop and maintain product supply chain lifecycle strategies via Product Master Plans (PMP) as products move to commercialization.
Lead post‑approval physical product enhancements, process and method technical changes, and robustness/quality/productivity projects.
Manage Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including mitigation strategy prioritization.
Lead Global Filing and Launch (GFLS) strategy development to align on launch scope and timing.
Develop and maintain Cost of Goods projections throughout the product lifecycle.
Support network/platform strategies driven by long‑term pipeline evolution and manufacturing network expansion programs.
Coordinate with Global Human Health on long‑range demand forecasts and engage with analytics COE on supply modeling and scenario analysis.
Engage in resolving global product supply disruptions and establish long‑term strategic supply chain alternatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
In‑depth experience in large molecule (biologics/vaccines) operations, technology, quality, and/or supply chain.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional matrix teams through complex strategy and project development.
Knowledge of supporting functions, including Product/Process Development, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations.
Understanding of manufacturing, testing, and release processes for supported products.
Knowledge of regulatory strategy for new product introduction and inline lifecycle management.
Understanding of the product development lifecycle and integration of CMC and clinical strategy.
Ability to engage research & development colleagues to ensure reliable product launch.
Ability to design and optimize product supply chains to meet capacity, cost, and performance targets.
Strategic thinking and ability to assimilate complex inputs into integrated strategy linked to business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions and influence direction in ambiguous situations.
Horizontal and vertical leadership skills to maximize individual and team accomplishments.
Strong business acumen, including financial analysis for product and network management.
Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools and techniques.
Strong data analysis skills and effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s of Science degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management with eight (8) years of required work experience.

Compensation
Salary range: $173,200.00 – $272,600.00. Additional compensation may include annual bonus and long‑term incentive, subject to eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, healthcare, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
