Job Title: Access to Care Advisor
The role of Access to Care Advisor is a critical part of our team, responsible for ensuring seamless access to care for our patients. We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar healthcare setting who can operate with agility and diligence to ensure the success of our Access to Care team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work in our Radiology Department primarily and support hospital Admissions and Outpatients as required.
* Be responsible for admitting all patients in a timely and courteous manner.
* Manage cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
* Handle all queries with the wider team efficiently.
* Multitask in a demanding role working with a wider team.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 12 months' experience in a similar role or healthcare setting.
* A Business/Secretarial Qualification is desirable.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
