Acting as the key link between sales, customer service, procurement, production, and export teams, the scheduler ensures customer requirements are met efficiently, driving high standards in on-time delivery.
Strong knowledge of supply chains, production processes, and fulfilment operations is essential to coordinate all customer-driven order activities across the region.

As our Production Control Scheduler, you’ll support HID’s success by:
* Ownership of all scheduling activities within the Business Area order book.
* Leading periodic sales and customer service meetings to prioritize inventory and production capacity, aligning with customer requirements.
* Creating and managing production plans.
* Creating and managing all outbound shipping plans.
* Handling all product allocation and scheduling.
* Providing product and order lead times to internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining close communication with procurement and supply chain teams to stay updated on inbound supply plans.
* Coordinating with production and fulfillment centers to ensure plans are communicated and executed effectively.
* Playing a key role in revenue forecasting and ensuring ship plans are understood by regional stakeholders.
* Establishing, reviewing, documenting, and updating processes as needed.
* Supporting daily cross-functional backlog review meetings.
* Participating in the BL Meeting and executing real-time actions as required.
* Handling inquiries, inventory checks, and research activities.
* Rescheduling and placing/removing holds on orders as directed.
* Logging and researching root causes of order failures or delays.
* Adjusting ATP rules, lead times, and Oracle EBS settings to ensure proper scheduling.
* Following up on aging orders for prompt resolution.
* Collaborating with production and shipping teams on order escalation and prioritization.
* Reporting on BL and revenue plan versus actuals.
* Processing attribute change requests to maintain system accuracy.
Your Experience and Background include:
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
* Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
* Familiarity with Agile PLM preferred.
* University or College degree preferred.
* Quick learner with attention to detail.
* Analytical mindset capable of multitasking under pressure.
* Desire for continuous improvement.
* Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
* Willingness to communicate and collaborate across functions professionally.
