Salary – €70,000K - €80,000 + industry leading package
Salary Negotiable depending on Experience
About the Company
Reputable Main Contractor with a turnover of over €100M based in Dublin, specialising in design and build developments across the country.
My client is keen to chat to experienced Foremen who have a background in taking greenfield sites through all aspects of groundworks, structural works, fist & second fix, fit out etc. right through to handover.
Preference for someone who has experience managing large teams and multiple subbies on projects valued over €5M in the Leinster region.
Good site set up with support from Site Manager, Senior Engineer, Project Manager, Contracts Manager etc.
The Role
* Coordination and supervision of the complete construction of a Commercial Development.
* Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
* Report into and support the Site Manager, Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
* Oversee manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.
* Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
* Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
* Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
* Host toolbox talks and meetings with direct staff to outline the works required.
Requirements
* A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
* Ideally Carpentry or Joinery Background.
* A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role on new build projects.
