We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join a well-established disability and support service operating across the North Cork and South Limerick area.
You will be working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and/or physical support needs across residential and community-based services.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver personal care, emotional support, and practical assistance to individuals in line with their individualised care plans.
Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life through respectful, person-centred support.
Assist with daily living activities such as mobility, meals, personal hygiene, and household tasks.
Support individuals in participating in community-based activities and social inclusion.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure safe and consistent care.
Candidate Requirements: Full QQI Level 5 in Health care, Applied Social Studies, Pre-Nursing, Health Care Support.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (disability, elderly, residential, or homecare).
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights on a rota basis.
Full clean manual Irish driving licence.
