This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, equity, and market share across international markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer insights, and integrated marketing communications, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and agency partnerships.This is a strategic leadership role focused on long-term brand building, innovation, and transformation across multiple markets and consumer segments.ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & DevelopmentLead the creation and deployment of global brand platforms and equity communications.Develop and manage strategic brand initiatives, including packaging, design, and identity evolution.Ensure brand consistency and relevance across diverse markets and consumer touchpoints.Strategic Planning & ExecutionCollaborate with regional and local teams to develop multi-year strategic plans.Drive alignment and execution of key brand programs across global markets.Lead strategic transformation initiatives including digital, media, and influencer strategies.Agency & Partner ManagementManage relationships with creative and strategic agencies to foster innovation and outside-in thinking.Ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns and brand assets.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with insights, design, communications, commercialization, and innovation teams to deliver end-to-end brand programs.Align with internal stakeholders across global and regional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.Consumer & Market InsightsLead insight-driven brand planning based on consumer needs and market dynamics.Oversee consumer research and data analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand performance.Thought Leadership & InnovationStay abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing practices.Bring fresh thinking and innovative approaches to brand building and consumer engagement.QualificationsMBA or equivalent strongly preferred10+ years of marketing experience within the CPG/Beverages industry (strong digital background preferred)Strong working knowledge of the beverages industry and understanding of franchise modelSense of curiosityExcellent collaborator with demonstrated ability to develop deep relationships with individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds; ability to lead through influence rather than hierarchy.Experience working in a multi-market environment is a plusStrong in multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skillsA strategic mindset able to harness their deep understanding of our consumer along with meaningful insights to drive our agendaAbility to effectively work and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, proven track record of influencing key stakeholders both internally and externallyGood entrepreneurial spirit (‘act as owner’)Experience managing agency partners to deliver brand experiences and engagement platforms.Experience leading internal cross-functional teams to develop and launch new programs/platforms.Highly analytical, motivated, decisive leader with excellent managerial skills.Strategic mind with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and influence decision makers.Willing to travel internationally 20% of the time.
