Job Title: Front of House ReceptionistJob Type: Full-time, PermanentStart Date: ASAPLocation: Consultants Private Clinic, Wilton, CorkSalary: NegotiableAbout UsWalker Hearing Clinics is a family-run audiology practice in Cork with locations at the Consultants Private Clinic (CUH grounds, Wilton), Bandon Primary Care Centre, and Fermoy Primary Care Centre. We provide diagnostic hearing tests for adults and children, supply high-quality hearing aids, and operate wax removal clinics using state-of-the-art endoscopic micro suction technology.We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a friendly, skilled, receptionist to join our exceptional team. The patient is at the very centre of everything we do and we are driven by a passion to help people. We hire people with the same core values. We have custom built, state of the art clinics with the best-in-class audiology equipment.Join our team to help expand our reach and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.Greet, welcome and check out patients and visitors with a warm, friendly and empathetic manner.Efficient diary management including: getting patient paperwork ready, closing relevant diary gaps, checking patients in, checking patients out, accepting and recording payments etc.Monitoring and replying to message queries from the general information email inbox.Keeping our internal patient systems well updated as required post patient visits/conversations and phone calls.Strong written communication skills with perfect grammar and spelling.Administrative duties such as required such as but not limited to uploading and updating hearing aid grants to the system with attention to detail, receipt writing, letter writing to patients etc.On-going communication with your direct report regarding the general day to day of the clinic.Ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality are met both in terms of patient information and general clinic business.On-going patient & customer service.Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:· Dedicated to provide high quality service and patient centred care to all patients and families.· Experience in dealing with the public.· Friendly personality with the ability to work well within a team.· Full, clean driving license and own mode of transport.· Flexible and willingness to travel to all clinic locations to cover annual/sick leave when necessary.· Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathising with patients and their families when required.If you are interested in applying for this role or would like to learn more about this role, please forward your CV via email to Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
