Role
Role:
Due to expansion we are recruiting a confident, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual. In this job you will use your initiative to work with the training team and book courses. This role will involve sales but also assisting to develop and market content.
Duties
* Engage with current clients to look after their future needs
* Source new clients per conference
* Assist with development of current database
* Customer Account Management
* Assist and liaise with other departments in handling customer requests and needs
* Performance related bonus
Skills Required
* Good Communication Skills – Both Written & Verbal is essential
* Sales focused with experience
* Previous administrative experience with strong attention to Detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to use own initiative and make decisions
This job will suit someone who is vibrant, happy to work in a busy environment and deal with potential clients while working towards targets. Min 3 years experience in Sales/Account Management/Administration is required.
Salary: €40k with 2k performance related bonus.
