Assistant Creche Manager | Maynooth

Responsibilities
Support the Centre Manager in daily operations
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team
Ensure compliance with Tusla, ECCE, and other regulations
Build strong relationships with families
Assist with administration, rosters, audits, and curriculum planning
Step into leadership when needed
Qualifications
Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7 a bonus)
Leadership or senior educator experience
Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and best practice in early years education
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Calm, proactive, and confident in a busy environment
