Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management in the digital marketing/advertising industries.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications
Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
About the job
As a Strategic Agency Manager, you will leverage your executive influencing skills to partner with performance media agencies, focus on C-level stakeholder relationships, and co-create business growth strategies with a portfolio of agencies by identifying and executing opportunities for growth.
You will work on increasing digital capabilities and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within our Google Customer Solutions agencies, driving business growth and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts.
You will drive alignment on resource allocation for these agencies to fuel growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth to our agencies, their customers, and to Google.
You will also develop the acquisition and promotion capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of the organization to enable sustainable business growth for all parties.
