Technical Team Lead to oversee an agile team of software developers and quality assurance engineers at AMCS Group.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of software developers and quality engineers to deliver key aspects of the AMCS SaaS platform roadmap.
* Provide a clear growth path into software development manager role.
* Create technical designs in partnership with architecture and lead developers; review design tasks for user stories; own non-functional backlog (technical debt, refactoring, upgrades, deployment and rollback strategy).
* May play an active development role.
* Ensure operational delivery and consistency from the team using an agile, data-driven approach.
Quality Excellence
* Enhance CI/CD and DevOps techniques to increase release frequency and keep the product ship-ready in collaboration with QA and DevOps.
* Maintain focus on customer-found and internally raised issues to keep a clean backlog of bugs.
* Ensure timely, high-quality pull requests with good test coverage and automated quality gates.
People Leadership
* Recruit and grow a high-performing team.
* Ensure development plans for all team members and use the Pluralsight stack for skills development.
* Own staffing decisions and overall team member performance – coaching, mentoring, disciplinary as needed.
Product Mindset
* Participate in refinement sessions and ensure the definition of ready with Product Owner.
* Partner with Product Owner, architecture and DevOps to set achievable, capacity-based roadmaps.
* Interact with Product Owner to understand adoption and usability and with customer-facing teams to understand customer interactions.
Qualifications / Experience
* Familiarity with leading agile development teams, agile at scale, and CI/CD best practices.
* Expertise in C#/.NET technology stack.
* Solid understanding of plug-in architecture and extensibility.
* Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
* Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and microservices (advantage).
* 1+ years in people management.
* Excellent communication skills.
