Human Resources Strategist
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Strategist to oversee HR operations across multiple properties.
About the Role
* Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
* Provide strategic HR support to General Managers and Heads of Department.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, best practices, and company policies.
* Develop and implement HR metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager within the hospitality sector.
* Multi-site or cluster HR management experience is highly desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law is essential.
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* A CIPD qualification or relevant HR degree.
* The ability to travel between properties as required.
