We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead our multidisciplinary design team in delivering high-quality infrastructure, energy, and environmental services. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading civil and environmental design teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
* Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the development of senior and junior staff
* Preparing technical reports and tender documentation
* Planning and managing design activities in collaboration with Project Directors
* Ensuring compliance with internal quality assurance processes and health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status
* Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management
* Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams
* Strong experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and budget development
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
