As a Government Technology Senior Manager you will deliver technology and AI-enabled solutions that build public trust and deliver lasting improvements across the public sector. Responsibilities
Lead, deliver and support large-scale technology and AI transformation programmes across government and public sector clients.
Support sector and account growth within G&PS go-to-market strategies in relation to technology and AI enablement, including the identification of new opportunities and shaping proposals.
Support the development and implementation of technology and AI solutions to enable future-state operating models, organisational structures, and workforce strategies.
Apply project management and change management methodologies to support technology and AI transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with clients to co-create solutions that address complex organisational challenges.
Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions to complex problems with a focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutions pre-emptively.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships at senior levels.
Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations and project goals.
Your Profile / Qualifications
7+ years’ experience in technology or technology transformation in Government or Public Sector consulting.
Deep understanding of one or more Government technology solutions (e.g. Case Management, Customer Relationship Management, Grants Management, Citizen Services).
A track record in business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Knowledge of the challenges facing Irish government and public sector organisations.
Strong track record of leading complex technology, data and AI programmes within large-scale environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating political and operational complexities.
Relevant undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in a technology-related field.
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile, vendor certifications.
