We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in our store.
Responsibilities
* Interact with customers in a pleasant and helpful manner.
* Ensure stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
* Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Follow freshness and rotation principles.
* Manage waste effectively.
* Assist in the stock count process.
Requirements
* Pleasant and friendly communication skills.
* Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
* Awareness of store layout and ability to navigate.
