Sales Strategy Operations is a critical role in driving business growth and success. As a key member of the Sales Development EMEA team, you will play a vital part in scaling sales strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategy and operations, with a strong background in Salesforce.com, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is highly desirable.
* Analyzing business drivers, trends, and operating metrics to drive actionable insights
* Collecting and analyzing applicable data and other information to make recommendations and decisions
* Determining how to structure and approach decisions of moderate complexity
You will work closely with senior Sales Development leaders to ensure we are capturing and surfacing the best data and information to make optimal business decisions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A BS/BA degree or equivalent in work experience
* 5+ years of experience in a Sales Strategy Operations role
* Deep experience with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Experience with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with access to an office location required for minimum 2 days per week.
