About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Sales and Logistics Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and coordinating all dispatch within the U.S., developing strong relationships with carriers, and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service in the freight brokerage industry.

Main Responsibilities: Key responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Prospecting new customers to foster growth and create new opportunities

2. Evaluating business growth initiatives and highlighting areas of improvement
\
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met
\
4. Expanding into new markets and driving customer acquisition through potential leads
\
5. Nurturing healthy relations with customers and converting their queries to successful loads/orders
\
6. Maintaining customer satisfaction: monitoring and managing customer satisfaction, resolving any issues that arise
\
7. Providing regular reporting on logistics operations to clients and other departments within the organization
\
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive the best possible service
\
9. Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining effective communication skills
\
10. Utilizing computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases, to optimize logistics operations
\
11. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
\
12. Working independently as well as part of a team to achieve shared goals
\
13. Providing innovative solutions to complex problems and improving processes where necessary
\
14. Continuously evaluating and improving performance to meet evolving client needs
