We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our talented team at Wildes Restaurant, located within the esteemed The Lodge at Ashford Castle.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star property, with a good knowledge of wine or WSET certification being an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and training
