Founded in 1967, we now employthousands of people across nine countries.We take pride in our informal work culture and enthusiastic teams, where dedication and collaboration drive everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & ReportingMaintain and update EHS records including incident logs, audits, training registers, and legal compliance documentation.Ensure timely and accurate submission of EHS data to internal and external stakeholders.Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, such as duplicate entries or missing fields.Compliance & DocumentationSupport the upkeep of CCS's QEHS Management System, including document control and version tracking.Assist in the preparation and distribution of EHS communications, posters, and QR code-linked safety documentation.Ensure all EHS documentation is accessible and up-to-date in Core and other platforms.Coordinate and support internal and external audits.Training & AwarenessCoordinate induction and refresher training sessions for new and existing staff.Track training completion and maintain competence records in line with SYS03 procedures.Support Area Managers in identifying training needs and organising external programmes.Risk Assessment & Incident SupportAssist in the scheduling and documentation of risk assessments, especially for vulnerable groups.Liaise with site teams to ensure hazards are identified and mitigated.Support the Group EHS Manager in incident investigations and follow-up actions.Communication & CollaborationAct as a point of contact for EHS queries from internal teams and clients.Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Commercial departments to align EHS goals with broader business objectives.Participate in EHS-related meetings and contribute to roadmap planning (e.g. "Operation Clean Up").Qualifications And SkillsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in EHS administration or compliance support.Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO and legal registers (e.g. Scannell Enviro).Strong organisational and data management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS platforms.Desirable QualificationsNEBOSH or equivalent EHS certification.Experience in the cleaning or facilities management sector.Language: English required; other European languages a plus.Apply now and become part of a growing team We look forward to meeting you
