* You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive transformation strategies, including the establishment of Change Networks within operational business units and functions.
* Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough analysis of current processes, facilitating stakeholder communication, collecting transformation data, and monitoring progress.
* You will also support and deliver against the organization's transformation framework, utilizing standardized templates such as Change Impact Assessments, Business Readiness Assessments, and Stakeholder mapping.
* Collaborate with Project Managers to recognize dependencies between business and IT projects, ensuring seamless integration and effective change management.
* Evaluate the impact of transformations on the organization, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted strategies to enhance readiness and implementation timelines.
* Identify and address potential resistance to change, developing proactive plans to mitigate its effects.
