We are seeking Specialists in:
Compensation & Benefits (Reward Strategy & Regulation)
Leading strategic initiatives with a focus on:
* Pay Transparency: Implementing frameworks to navigate evolving EU and national transparency legislation.
* Gender Pay Gap Reporting: End-to-end statutory reporting and actionable "closing-the-gap" roadmaps.
* Strategic Reward Modelling: Designing and costing robust grade architectures, pay structures, and financial "what-if" simulations.
* Market Benchmarking: market mapping and competitive positioning.
Employee Relations
Providing expert case management and resolution, including:
* Leading complex investigations (Disciplinary, Grievance, Dignity at Work).
* Representing clients at the WRC and Labour Court.
* Conflict Resolution / Mediation.
* Managing restructuring and/or redundancy processes.
Industrial Relations
Navigating the industrial relations landscape:
* Leading union negotiations and collective bargaining.
* Strategic management of pay negotiations and industrial peace.
Your Profile
You are likely an independent contractor or a boutique consultancy owner with:
* 10+ years of deep technical experience
within your chosen HR specialism.
* A proven track record of
delivering results and exceeding
client expectations.
* A
