Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years of experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient’s home supporting multiple therapies

We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field‑based operations team consists of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. They provide installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.
This role will cover Offaly and Laois and will provide patients at home a suite of services (including Medical Device installation and training/coaching according to the patient’s needs), to support them with their chronic diseases within the framework of the medical prescription as well as local regulations.
Main Accountabilities
* Install Medical Devices in patients’ homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, the medical prescription and the expectations of the prescriber.
* Train the patient in the use of their equipment according to the local regulations.
* Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient’s autonomy, follow‑up, and compliance with their treatment.
* Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow‑up of their treatment.
* Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance.
Differentiating Criteria
* Level of Expertise: Good knowledge of products and must present product to external stakeholders.
* Decision‑Making Authority: Job duties are determined weekly/daily by local leadership but there is some latitude regarding process flow and order of completion.
* Report to onsite supervisor.
