We are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business.This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, friendly, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-of-house reception duties, including greeting customers and answering phone callsManaging vehicle paperwork such as:Vehicle registration certificates (log books)Change of ownership documentationSales and purchase administrationBooking and managing NCT and VRT appointmentsUpdating and maintaining records on our Pinewood Dealer Management SystemInvoicing, filing, scanning, and general office administrationAssisting the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks as requiredLiaising with customers, suppliers, and external agenciesEnsuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and filed correctlySupporting sales and aftersales administration when requiredThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in an office administration or receptionist role (motor trade experience an advantage but not essential)Strong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsConfident using computers and office softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and a professional attitudeWhat We OfferFull-time, permanent positionMonday to Friday working hours – no weekendsFriendly and supportive working environmentCompetitive salary, depending on experienceTo apply:Please submit your CV via Indeed.
