We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Administrator to join a multinational manufacturing company based in Ringaskiddy, Cork.
This is a full-time, permanent position and will provide support to the management team and report directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Manage communications, schedules, and timely preparation/distribution of monthly and quarterly reports.
Maintain customer in/out notice boards and liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate information.
Coordinate travel and accommodation for management, customers, and key stakeholders, manage on-site badging and registration.
Support meetings and events by arranging rooms, attendance tracking, catering, and require facilities (including IT coordination).
Attend management meetings as required to provide note-taking and record-keeping.
Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation for the leadership team.
Provide operational and financial support, including credit card reconciliations and expense claim reviews.
Act as a central point of contact for site leadership, supporting special projects and tracking information such as annual leave.
Requirements: 3-5 years in a similar role with strong experience in administrative tasks.
A proven record in multitasking and maintaining an easily accessible record system.
Effective time management to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accuracy in entering data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
